Local place we've been wanting to go to for a while. We went during the week and it was quiet. So service was good and quick.
The curries were nice but on the sweet side. We really enjoyed all of our entrees (sago balls and beef skewers with sticky rice) and the dessert (coconut custard). These were the highlights for us.
Minor note I found the restaurant to be quite cold.

I’ve been Celadon few weeks ago.
Me and my friends ordered lots of food and
it was really nice. All foods were perfectly seasoned and so taste!
Most entree were very delicious and especially everyone loved sago balls!!!
Highly recommend this place!!!

Very nice quiet cozy restaurant with great Thai dishes! The green curry and Pad See Yew are our favourites and for dessert, the black sticky rice pudding and Thai milk tea are super tasty. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for anyone to try it out sometime 👍⭐️

After a last minute change in our plans for dinner we decided to find the nearest well rated Thai and came across Celadon Thai.
When we arrived the place was around 70% full but despite not having a booking we were fortunate they had a table to spare.
There was a decent variety of the usual Thai dishes as well as some Chinese style dishes.
We ordered 3 entrees of fish cakes, satay chicken skewers and spring rolls... all of which were tasty.
For our mains we shared green chicken curry, massaman beef and rendang beef meatballs. All of our mains we tasty and glad the massaman beef was tender and lean.
If we are ever in the area we be happy to come back.

Food was good, quiet night so atmosphere was reasonable. Service was just ok but at the end of the meal, there was an issue with splitting the bill. It was a small group of friends that wanted to split the bill 3 ways. The waiter turned nasty stating it was a rule for no split bills, and waving his hands towards a very small sign (unreadable) stating no split bills. There was nothing stated on the menu. He said we could pay cash and get a 5% discount (dubious behaviour) or pay by ONE card and pay a fee of 1.5% extra. After an arduous arguement he relented and he split the bill.
Whilst it was a reasonable night up until that point, we all were very disappointed of his attitude for payment, and will never recommend or return again to the restaurant.
